•Puedo hacerte un reembolso completo en caso de que no me sienta cómoda con tu pedido, esto debido a si resulta que el comisionador es un abusador y/o consumidor de cosas problemáticas y me entero después de aceptar trabajar para la persona. No trabajo con personas así, favor de no interactuar conmigo si consumes cosas "sospechosas". Este es el único motivo por el cual podría devolver tu dinero y cancelar tu pedido.
•Si deseas cancelar la comisión al poco tiempo de comisionarme, no hay reembolsos. Por favor, no me comisiones si no estás muy seguro de hacerlo. No te voy a devolver el dinero solamente porque sí. Ten más respeto por mi tiempo y trabajo, por favor
•Tienes derecho a un reembolso total de tu dinero si no he comenzado con tu comisión 3 meses (90 días) después de haberme comisionado, esto únicamente aplicando si ya estamos en tu turno y aún así no he comenzado con tu trabajo y/o no te he entregado ningún avance. Si te he enviado avances, si la comisión ya pasó el proceso de sketch y aún así deseas reembolso, se te dará un reembolso del 40% y se te entregará lo que llevaba de la comisión. Nuevamente, reitero, esto habiendo pasado los 3 meses.Tiempos y plazos de entrega:
•Sketches, linearts, flatcolors, chibis y stickers, me toma entre 1 día hábil a 7 días hábiles de entrega. Con stickers, aproximadamente estaría trabajandote 1 o 2 por día, esto te lo diré a la hora de cotizar tu pedido.
•Comienzo a trabajar en tu pedido una vez finalizado el pedido anterior, me guío por orden de llegada, según mi lista.
•Los trabajos fullcolor, arte experimental, y trabajos con fondos complejos, suelo entregarlos entre 3 días hábiles y 2 meses hábiles, esto una vez comenzado tu trabajo siguiendo con la lista de espera. Por favor, sé paciente conmigo.Revisiones y cambios:
•Tienes derecho a pedirme todos los cambios que quieras cuando aún nos encontramos en la etapa de sketch, deseo que la comisión quede lo mejor posible, que cumpla lo que tú estás buscando de mi arte. Esto únicamente es válido para las comisiones que son flat y full color (stickers, chibis y arte experimental aplica aquí), para evitar abusos por parte del comisionador.
•Con los lineart tienes derecho a 3 cambios en la etapa del sketch.
•Con los sketch NO hay cambios en posturas, solamente se pueden hacer cambios ligeros.
• Si deseas un cambio muy radical de postura, ya sea hacer un sketch nuevo en una comisión de sketch, se te cobrará por ello, así como se te cobrará cualquier cambio grande que desees en comisiones que ya están y/o pasan del proceso del lineart.Comunicación:
•Puedes mandarme mensaje siempre que quieras para saber cómo voy con tu comisión.
•La lista de los trabajos que estoy realizando, puedes encontrarla aquí.
•Favor de no presionar para que comience con tu encargo YA mismo, no dejaré de responderte ni te ignoraré, pero sí seré clara y directa contigo poniéndote un límite respecto a ello. Ten paciencia, soy muy transparente con mis trabajos, cualquier duda puedes preguntarme siempre, con el debido respeto a mi persona.
•Me comunicaré contigo una vez esté por comenzar con tu pedido, y te mandaré avances en cada momento de tu comisión, solamente no lo haría en dado caso de que me pidas un trabajo sorpresa con libertad creativa, en ese caso, no te mandaré nada hasta que ya esté finalizadoSí trabajo:

•Subiré a mi redes el trabajo completo una vez finalizado al ser parte de mi portafolio. Si requieres que el trabajo no sea publicado hasta después de una fecha determinada, favor de comunicarlo desde el principio.
•Puedes y debes pagar por la confidencialidad de tu trabajo, de lo contrario será parte de mi portafolio, el pago es del 50% del total de la comisión encargada.
•Si la comisión tendrá un fin comercial, debes pagar el 200% del total del trabajo realizado.
•Como artista, me reservo los derechos del trabajo realizado.
Está prohibido meter mi arte en inteligencias artificiales generativas.

•I can give you a full refund if I'm not happy with your order, for example, if the commissioner turns out to be abusive and/or a problematic consumer and I find out later.
